At Kidz Inc., each class is carefully structured according to age and developmental stage to ensure that every child receives the appropriate level of support, stimulation and guidance. Our classrooms provide safe, nurturing environments where children build confidence, develop independence and grow through structured learning and purposeful play.

👶 Baby Section (Infants: 1 month to walking stage)

Class led by Babra Mncube & Fridah Masemola

Our Baby Section provides attentive, nurturing care tailored to each infant’s individual routine. With a strong focus on safety, stimulation and emotional security, babies are supported through early developmental milestones in a calm and structured environment. Formal and informal activities, sensory exploration and consistent care ensure that each child develops at their own pace.

🦋 Butterfly Class (Walking stage – 2 years)

Class led by Teacher Dineo Mosia

The Butterfly Class focuses on early stimulation, routine development and foundational social skills. At this stage, children begin developing independence while engaging in age-appropriate play and structured activities that support language development, coordination and confidence.

🐻 Bear Class (2 – 3 years)

Class led by Teacher Betty Malematja

The Bear Class supports toddlers as they grow in confidence, communication and early social interaction. Through structured play, guided activities and consistent routines, children begin developing independence, listening skills and early learning foundations in a safe and nurturing environment.

🦆 Duck Class (3 – 4 years)

Class led by Teacher Leandri Shippon

The Duck Class blends structured learning with joyful exploration. At this stage, children develop stronger social skills, improved coordination and greater independence. Activities focus on language development, early numeracy concepts, creativity and confidence building.

🐟 Fish Class – Grade RR (4 – 5 years)

Class led by Teacher Janet Maduray

The Fish Class prepares learners for their transition into Grade R through structured learning experiences and guided developmental activities. Children build foundational literacy and numeracy skills while strengthening independence, problem-solving ability and classroom readiness.

Computer (StimuZone) and Drama (Studio Spotlight) lessons are included as part of the programme for this class.

🦁 Lion Class – Grade R (Turning 6)

Class led by Teacher Clair Carter

Our Lion Class prepares learners confidently and thoroughly for formal schooling. Under Teacher Clair’s guidance, children develop strong literacy, numeracy and school readiness skills in a structured environment.
We follow the CAPS curriculum and go beyond its requirements to ensure every learner is fully prepared for Grade 1. Our graduates transition smoothly into primary school, and we consistently receive excellent feedback on their standard and readiness. Each child’s progress is closely monitored to ensure they meet — and often exceed — Grade R expectations. Clair is deeply passionate about education and committed to high standards. She combines warmth with firm, consistent discipline, creating a classroom where learners thrive. Many children remember her years later for the way she made them feel — and for her familiar words, “I love you lots and lots like jellytots.”
